Daylight Savings Time Sleep Issues

Daylight Savings Plays Havoc on Sleep!

Daylight Savings Time. I hate it. If  you are like me,  you wish they would just leave it one way or the other. Messing with the clocks, messes with the body clock. One hour can mean everything. About the only thing you can do is just let it work on you. The first week, try going to bed a little earlier each night. Even though you normally go to bed at 10, you will not be sleepy until 11. The first night, go to bed at 10:45 even if you are not ready. The, the second night at 10:30, and so forth until you are back to where you are sleepy at your normal time. You will eventually get caught up. Then it will be time to change them again. 🙁
