Light at night for so many of our technology devices such as the on off light that stays on all the time can rob you of sound sleep. You know the ones in your bedroom that you can see even when you close your eyes. That light is damaging to your sleep patterns even as  little as it is. So get a sticker, whether it be a garage sale sticker dot, or some other cover, stamp out those constant lights in your bedroom like TV on/off light, portable phone light charging light, smoke detector on light. Also,  don’t bring your cell phone, laptop, or other device in the bedroom. I even turn my clock radio around so those lights don’t shine in my direction. If you can’t remove all those lights, then purchase a good eye mask.
